Senior Systems Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in systems architecture, requirements engineering, and variant management, with a strong foundation in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

This role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary systems across the complete product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture definition, decomposition, and design activities

• Manage end-to-end requirements engineering, including traceability and compliance

• Drive variant management and configuration management processes

• Apply MBSE methodologies using SysML and industry-standard modeling tools

• Support system integration, verification, and validation activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and stakeholder teams

• Establish and promote systems engineering best practices

• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related roles

• Strong expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML

• Proven experience in requirements management and traceability tools

• Hands-on experience in variant management and configuration control

• Solid understanding of system lifecycle processes and engineering standards

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following domains is advantageous:
Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Energy, Industrial Automation, or Medical Devices.
